The Holiday Bazaar is a collaborative fundraising event held in November to provide holiday gifts, handcrafted items, baked goods for sale. Raffles of selected items are included. In addition, a café offers homemade Italian food for dine in or carry out.
A core team of 10 women assumes responsibility for this event. But many other individuals join in the process. It takes a village/church community! *The Bazaar’s proceeds are designated for outreach and and/or parish-related projects.
For about six months (primarily from June to November), there are opportunities to establish friendships while participating in the church community. In order to create quality inventory – and plan this event – there are craft workshops, team meetings, other related activities. Some individuals may choose to independently work at home, then donate items for the Bazaar. Volunteers are also needed to prepare food, bakery/snacks, raffle items, organize publicity, as well as set up displays, manage inventory. All skill levels are welcome.

We welcome and honor creativity and diversity. Do you have a special talent/skill to share such as woodworking, needlework, stained glass, scrapbooking, painting, pottery, graphic arts, etc.?
