Holiday Bazaar

Description:

The Holiday Bazaar is a collaborative event that is held at St. Francis once a year in November. The event is composed of an Italian dinner,  a bake sale, a cookie walk, a raffle and
a craft fair.  (No vendors)

Members of the parish use their individual  talents to provide handmade items for sale at the bazaar. These talents may include  baking, sewing, woodworking, painting, knitting, beading, etc.

Activities & Events:

In preparation for the bazaar, volunteers get together at St.Francis
to work on sewing or crafting projects with the supplies  that are provided. Watch for dates and times to be published in the bulletin,  or add your name to an email list so you can be personally notified of upcoming projects and events.

Time Commitment:

Totally flexible! You are invited to join us at  the craft and sewing workshops located at St Francis. Enjoy the camaraderie and make new friends at these drop in sessions or you may pick up supplies and take them home to work on items at your own leisure.
New craft and sewing ideas are always welcome and appreciated throughout the year.

In November, Volunteers are needed to bake cookies or other baked  goods for the bake sale and the cookie walk. The raffle needs help with soliciting and gathering of donations for the raffle.  Each department will also need volunteers during the 2 day event.

Where the Bazaar Proceeds
are Distributed:

Proceeds from this event are put toward parish needs and select community organizations.
