Communal Anointing of the Sick is scheduled during morning Mass in the winter and in the summer. Individual anointing will be administered upon request. Please call Fr. Brian Phelps during office hours at 937-433-1013. In an emergency outside of office hours, please call the emergency line: 937-433-1013 option 9 or 937-439-1734.

If you are moving to another parish, area, or simply changing your address, please notify the Parish Office, (937) 433-1013. 

Communion for those in the hospital
Members of our parish who are admitted to nursing homes, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers need to contact the Chaplain’s Office of that facility in order to receive Holy Communion.
