Elementary Faith Formation

Elementary Faith Formation is committed to Faith Formation and community building grounded in Jesus Christ through Catholic tradition, education, topical exercises, service projects, special events, prayer and opportunities to serve. Volunteers must be compliant with Decree on Child Protection.

1st Grade- We Believe God Loves Us
2nd Grade- We Believe Jesus Shares God’s Life
3rd Grade- We Believe We are the Church
4th Grade- We Believe God’s Law Guides Us
5th Grade- We Believe We Meet Jesus in the Sacraments

In-person Classes:
Sunday, 9:45am – 10:55am (Grades 1-8)
Wednesday, 4:30pm – 5:45pm (Grades 1-8)
Start Date: September 11, 2022

Homeschool:
Available for Grades 1 – 8
Parent Meeting in the fall

These classes are held on the church campus with trained Catechists using approved textbooks and other resources.

We offer a way for you to teach your child (grades 1-8) at home. With registration your receive a student text, parent support, and other resources. The Coordinator of Elementary Faith Formation and Junior High Youth Ministry are available for help or questions.

Partnering With Parents: The St. Francis Faith Formation program is committed to support parents in passing on the Catholic faith.  St. Francis Faith Formation program offers a variety of opportunities and ways parents can participate and share their faith within the Faith Formation program.  With just a few clicks you can find a variety of ways to become more involved in sharing and passing on your faith with your child through Mass celebrations, reconciliation services, Marian devotions, giving projects, attending scheduled talks, Exposition & Benediction, and the Home School program.  Remember to visit the Sadlier website for other ways to reinforce your child’s religious education at Sadlier Resources.
