Christine McGrath attended the University of Dayton. A BA in International Studies/Economics and an MA in Theology laid the groundwork for her later ministry in the Church.  She served six years as the Director of Retreats and Faith Formation at UD and also has lived overseas in Latin America working in ministry with both the Marianists and Jesuits there.  After marrying and having children, the demands of family life brought her home, where Christine was very active in both the parish and school lives of her 3 children.  When the youngest went to high school, she began a new chapter working in a small bilingual, bi-cultural parish just north of Dayton in New Carlisle, where she has been for 8 years prior to coming to St. Francis of Assisi in September 2022.
