The Jr. High Core Team are Students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade committed to the responsible leadership of this Ministry. They meet all year to plan and implement “Kids for Christ events”, retreats, summer events, service, and more. Core Team assists in many areas of parish service. Membership is open to all junior high students.
The Core Team Leadership and Training Retreat (September 17, 2022)
This retreat is for students in the 6, 7 and 8th grade of St. Francis who commit to the responsible leadership of JH Ministry. This retreat explores their faith, defines and sharpens their communication skills, helps them bond through team-building activities and deepens their level of spirituality through various experiences. The Core Team becomes family and learns to implement valuable life skills while having fun.
